JennyClean services a variety of businesses and homes throughout Northern Michigan. We service businesses in Traverse City, Acme, Williamsburg, Grawn, Suttons Bay, Glen Arbor, East Jordan, Boyne City, Charlevoix, Petoskey, Kalkaska, South Boardman, and more. We service homes through Traverse City, Old Mission, Acme, Grawn, and Kingsley.
JennyClean carries $2 million liability insurance, Workers Compensation, a $1 million umbrella, and all our employees are bonded and go through a background check. All employees sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement to help ensure that any information they come across while cleaning your home or office is kept safe and treated with the utmost confidentiality. Your privacy is important to us. If you give us a code or key to your home or office, they will be kept locked up securely (digitally or physically) and only accessible to the cleaner assigned to your account or our management team. In addition, we do not keep any information on the key as to where it goes. They are all assigned a number when they come in. This way, in the unlikely event a key is lost, you can rest assured that no one would know where that key goes.
We utilize a software called Housecall to assign jobs to employees, track our team, schedule your jobs, and notify you of upcoming cleans (if you want). It also is used for invoicing and has an option for you to pay your invoices right through the app. You can also set up a recurring charge to a credit card so you never have to worry about whether you paid the invoice or not!
