Every job is different. Some clients have lots of nick nacks. Some clients have a lot of square footage but few articles of furniture. Some clients have tiny lofts with many lamps! You would think that we all live alike...this is far from the case.

Average 2000 square foot home first clean: $300.00 Average 2000 square foot home each clean: $100.00
Once we speak over the phone and talk about square footage, artwork, pictures, carpets, hard wood floors, staircases, kitchen size, bedrooms, etc. I will quote accurately for you immediately based on your input. Most people have a very good recollection of how their homes are laid out. Obviously, if one forgets to mention certain areas...there could be added charges. If one overestimates the area that needs to be cleaned there could be a reduction in charges. The day of your first cleaning will finalize your bid, however; most bids are within 10% of what is discussed over the phone.
